With a strong belief in sustainability, he embarked on an entrepreneurial journey and now owns a successful business, including a popular food truck situated on the scenic North Fork.

We are proud to partner with Sportime Amagansett and are located at the Sportime Amagansett Tennis Court Complex offering our delicious meals to both members and the public to keep you fueled up weather it's after a long day on the court or for those who want to stop by during their visit to this beautiful town.

You have most likely seen us and our vintage airstream food trucks bouncing around the forks, catering, and working with local businesses to host events. Five years ago, we also opened Mattitaco in Mattituck, and we received numerous accolades, the biggest of which was receiving the Snail of Approval from Slow Foods USA. We were the only “fast food restaurant” to be recognized for our good, clean, & fair practices. We love to work with other local businesses, farms, and our friends on the waters to bring you the freshest ingredients available. In addition, Mattitaco was voted “best taco” three years straight by Dan’s Papers and featured in Vogue, Pure Wow, Newsday, Suffolk Times, and East Hampton Press.
